FAQ
ORDERS
All non-custom orders are made-to-order and can be expected 1-2 week from when the order is made.
Custom orders will take a littler longer and can be expected 2-3 weeks from when the order is made.
Please contact us at hi@oleanderLA.com for rush order inquiries. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays.
All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Oleander & Co. is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order is shipped or dropped off at the courier. If your order is sent back to Oleander & Co. by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
Domestic
Oleander & Co. offers complimentary US standard delivery (5-7 business days) for all orders. Expediated shipping is available for an additional fee (1-2 business days).
International
Please email us at hi@oleanderLA.com with your shipping address and the items you are interested in purchasing so we can send you a shipping quote. All international orders are FINAL sale.
Oleander & Co. is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. Oleander & Co. is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not happy, we're not happy. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the goods back, any additional shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, personalized items (any engraved items), and custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
